NOUALLA

A regenerative retreat growing from the hills of Northern Morocco.

A future place of rest, connection and discovery, built slowly on restored agricultural land overlooking the Mediterranean.

A Place Returning to Life

From forgotten land to a living landscape.

Noualla began with a simple idea: that damaged land can heal, and that hospitality can become a force for regeneration.

Over years of restoring soil, planting trees and rebuilding natural systems, this hillside has slowly transformed into a living ecosystem.

A place taking shape slowly

Noualla is intentionally being built step by step. Every tree planted, every terrace restored and every detail created brings the vision closer to life.

Current phase
  • Regenerative gardens established
  • Water systems developed
  • Native and fruit trees growing
  • Future hospitality spaces being planned

We believe meaningful places cannot be rushed.
